We're not arguing with this one: Power-pop stalwarts Hellogoodbye are coming out with a new album called Everything Is Debatable, out Oct. 29 on Old Friends. It's been three long years since the sunny SoCal outfit graced us with a record-- the mature yet giddy Would It Kill You?. Head HG'er Forrest Kline had been plugging away in a Hollywood studio this past year to perfect the followup, enlisting producers Joe Chiccarelli (White Stripes) and Carlos de la Garza (Paramore, M83). The M83 influence can be heard on a sound clip during the album preview below, a more streamlined version of Hellogoodbye's Warped Tour-tested electro-emo. And speaking of Paramore, Kline and his buddies are set to support the "Still Into You" band on tour this fall.

Everything Is Debatable track list:

1. And Everything Becomes a Blur

2. (Everything Is) Debatable

3. THE MAGIC HOUR IS NOW

4. Swear You're in Love

5. Summer of the Lily Pond

6. JUST DON'T LET GO JUST DON'T

7. I Don't Worry (As Much As I Should)

8. How Wrong I Can Be

9. An External Force

10. Die Young, Die Dumb; Not Soon

11. A Near Death Experience
