Paulo Panaligan is a singer songwriter from Lakeville, MN. He performed at the Dinkytowner in Minneapolis, MN. Currently he attends the University of Southern California majoring in Computer Engineering and Computer Science with a minor in Music Industry. He is also currently part of the LPASS team. Music is a big part of his life, and he is excited to get back to songwriting soon.
