New Music: Shannen Nicole - She Knows It
The 17 year-old Oregon-based songbird known as Shannen Nicole may appear to be a sweet, innocent teenager full of promise, but underneath that wholesome exterior lies a robust, soulful voice that's definitely a force to be reckoned with. The budding singer recently released the bold single "She Knows It," which touches on pursuing a love affair, though heartbreak is on the horizon.
The track was produced by Michael Finn, who has worked with The Decemberists, My Morning Jacket and Beth Orton, among others.
Check the single out here and look out for her debut album, Captive, set for a release date of July 7th.
